As a United States Marine turned business professional, and now working to help individuals transition their lives to higher levels of leadership as a college professor, my experience with One Freedom has been outstanding. While participating in a training event and learning from their dynamic instructor corps, I was able to learn the critical importance of applying various methods of dealing with stress and trauma successfully into the business marketplace and the world of executive education – places that are mostly underserved. The team offers extraordinary results and knowledge paradigms that are both priceless and highly needed in the world.

My experience with ONE Freedom was an intensive 3 day training to give me the experience our veterans and their families receive from OF. I knew the fundamentals of the organization, and I knew the basics of the mind-body connection; what I experienced through the training went beyond knowing, and simply became doing. We had real life examples from active military, retired military, families, social workers, clinical psychologists, and people from all walks of life being able to relate on the simple issue of stress. It affects each person, their mind and their body. ONE Freedom showed each individual how to use recognize their stress, and by recognizing stress how to become more resilient, and how to recover more effectively.

In February, I attended a training orchestrated by ONE Freedom and I was amazed at the content, presenters and the quality of the people involved in the ONE Freedom nonprofit. I participated in 3 full days of training and learned a lot of life-changing lessons. Returning Veterans as well as many others in all kinds of fields of work will benefit by learning the self regulation and personal mastery techniques presented. By helping individuals in reducing stress and healing trauma, this world will be a better place for all of us. I intend to get more involved with this organization.

The Great!

What is presented works exceptionally. I have employed what I learned in the training in my everyday life and I am more at peace, in a more positive frame of mind and optimistic about my future and the future of all people that get the training by them.

I recently participated in training that ONE Freedom sponsored for trainers who work with veterans pre and post deployment. I also observed some of these trainers present to a group of police officers from multiple jurisdictions in Colorado. I was impressed with the high quality of the training and the trainers. Nationally recognized trauma experts such as Dr.Roberts Scaer and Dr.David Berceli provided state-of-the-art education and practical skills for those in attendance at the retreat in Boulder, Colorado.

The Great!
