One Freedom changed the lives of my people. Their unique and incredibly effective presentations have helped my folks adapt to the new demands of the global war on terror and the family and personal stress it brings. Add to that their inspiring, creative performance improvement methods and they are a winner! I’d have them back any time! Col Skip Johnson, Commander 137th SWS, Colorado Air National Guard

I have attended a ONE Freedom workshop and I was blown away by the skill, attentiveness, and material that ONE Freedom trainers brought. I learned more in the short time with ONE Freedom on stress than I have learned in 40 years. I highly recommend this program to anyone!
