I attended a workshop/presentation of ONE Freedom at a recent American College Personnel Association (ACPA) convention that I attended. Serving veterans on college campuses has received much needed attention over the last 10 years and Elizabeth provided invaluable resources to many college professionals on how we can better assist veterans on our campuses. Her message also related to non-veterans and the stressors that many of us are under. I know that ONE Freedom is making a difference because it made an impact on my personal and professional life. I encourage them to continue reaching out and educating individuals who serve our veterans. Thank you!

In February, I attended a training orchestrated by ONE Freedom and I was amazed at the content, presenters and the quality of the people involved in the ONE Freedom nonprofit. I participated in 3 full days of training and learned a lot of life-changing lessons. Returning Veterans as well as many others in all kinds of fields of work will benefit by learning the self regulation and personal mastery techniques presented. By helping individuals in reducing stress and healing trauma, this world will be a better place for all of us. I intend to get more involved with this organization.

I recently participated in training that ONE Freedom sponsored for trainers who work with veterans pre and post deployment. I also observed some of these trainers present to a group of police officers from multiple jurisdictions in Colorado. I was impressed with the high quality of the training and the trainers. Nationally recognized trauma experts such as Dr.Roberts Scaer and Dr.David Berceli provided state-of-the-art education and practical skills for those in attendance at the retreat in Boulder, Colorado.
