Oakland Digital Arts & Literacy Center has been a unique opportunity to hone my skills in a professional context. They are not picky and will accept any help they can get. They do not take their volunteers for granted. They have faith in people's abilities and do not make you feel small or unnecessary the way other organizations do.
The Great!
- If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could... improve the lives of thousands of people.
Ways to make it better!
- In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are... getting funded.

ODALC calls for leaders of Silicon Valley and beyond to participate and contribute technical experience. Together we will strengthen the social fabric of the City while rejuvenating the image and future of Oakland's workforce.

- The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were... passionate and enthusiastic.

- My experience would have been better if... more instructors were available (donate @ www.odalc.org/donate).
