As a current member of the armed forces it was great to come in and teach a class about achieving goals to homeless veterans in need. The atmosphere was great and it is good to see so many caring people on staff. I was impressed from the caring I saw.

Nehemiah House assist men everyday with food, clothes, and so much more. It has been a pleasure to work with them and watch as they help men in Baltimore County.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
helping them to find donations and then give them to the men in need. I also invite some of the men to my house for cookouts or to just talk.
Ways to make it better...
If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
upgrade its current building and get more staff to better serve the clients. Also send the current staff to various leadership, management and training courses.

fix current building, buy new equipment and furniture, expand its services to build a new facility in Baltimore City, duplicate its program in other states, create an endowment, start an entreprenurial program for the homeless.

In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...
financial needs, staff needs to be trained, the continued issues of an ever changing population to include frail homeless seniors and homeless veterans.
