I enjoyed being with NUCUP and feel that it will always be a home for me. I have seen the success stories of former students and the date validates its sustainability. There is no way a program can maintain for 20+ years without the immaculate leadership and organization this non-profit exhibits.

NUCUP is one of the longest standing and better ran organizations that it has been my pleasure to work with, I have worked with them for more than 15 years. The children of East Point, Ga. has been blessed for 22 years, with educational and social needs in their community.

I have a lot of different jobs at NUCUP. I was a NUCUP kid when I was younger. Now I just volunteer at the after school program. I did the summer camp.NUCUP is a place to have fun and also learn.

I have worked with this program for the last four years. It started out as a volunteer requirement for a college course I was taking. I stayed on because, I saw the impact it had one motivating and educating mostly underprivileged children on the value of education, hardwork, and respect for the community. In the community, NUCUP has been shaping young minds to suceed for over twenty years. We need more organizations like NUCUP that make a difference.

2009. I seen children who were once "NUCUP" kids, become college grads. Some even return to volunteer from time to time.

The only problem I see with the organization is a lack of staff. This problem occurs because lack of funding, donations, grants. If only local, state, and federal governments would recognize the importance of such organizations and their impact.

WOW!!!!! If NUCUP had that kind of money, We could probably create on of the countries largest and most effective, alternative learning centers for kids in the country.
