I'm not saying that NCCS isn't legitimate, or that they don't help or that they are a scam. What I can say is that the caller today was told that we wouldn't be donating and when they were told that it was because of their rating here the response was that they had to pay to get reviewed. A quick search of Charity Navigator shows that's not the case so NCCS is lying to discredit CN.
