Every ALC member I have met has been delightful and extremely helpful. I am in awe of all of the programs they organize and execute to the benefit of the children in our area. What a wonderful organization, consistently doing good in the community.

The Thrift Shop is a treasure trove of items that should be a frequent stop for smart shoppers. I've purchased brand new drapes, handbags, luggage and more at affordable prices. A win win as this is a foundation worthy of our support.

I wrote a review of this wonderful organization when I was no longer a member. I have rejoined and am so thrilled to once again be a part of this outstanding group of dedicated individuals serving the less fortunate children and families of Charlotte.

Although I am no longer a member because of moving away, I still regard Assistance League of Charlotte as a fabulous non profit organization dedicated to the less fortunate children of Charlotte. Their philanthropic programs are staffed by a marvelous group of caring women who strive very hard to make the lives of youngsters in the area so much better.

Fantastic orgnization that changes lives. My favorite program is their Operation School Bell. It provides new school clothes for students who do not have appropriate clothing. Keep up the great work AL!

The Charlotte chapter is a group of hardworking, fun loving volunteers whose work has a huge impact on local students with new clothing (School Bell), peer counseling (Teen Court) and school snacks. Members and guests attend philanthropic programs together such as the Empty Bowl Luncheon and sponsor the splendid annual fundraising fashion show. And the Thrift Shop!It is decorated and managed like a small, high quality department store with donations from the public. The stock is fresh and items seasonal, and they do not waste anything, by donating those items that do not sell to other organizations. It has been a privilege to meet so many women dedicated to making a difference in the lives of young people.

I have worked with the Assisstance League of Charlotte for nearly three years and the services they provide the community is beyond comparison. They have helped improve the lives of so many families in the area which in turn impacts the entire Charlotte community in such a positive way. I feel honored to have helped in such a small way to this dedicated organization!

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

Watching the benefits they provide those in need in the Charlotte area feel the sense of apprecation and gratitude that someone cares!

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

watching the joy and excitement they provide to those in need.

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...

Were the most caring and compassionate people who were so excited to make a difference in other peoples lives who are less fortunate!

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

help so many more people in such a larger way!

It has been my pleasure to work with Assistance League Charlotte for nearly three years now. Of all of the fantastic work they do in the Charlotte community, the one that is near and dear to my heart is Operation School Bell. Supporting the underprivelaged children in the local school systems is critical. It helps us ensure we're preparing the next generation in the best way possible. Assistance League Charlotte does that and much, much more.
