I think that NAIDW has wonderful resources for a injured worker. My husband has experienced the ups and downs of a work related injury. This association is full of guidance and direction. Keep NAIDW in mind, you may never know if you or a loved one may fall victim to a disabling injury.

The time that I spend volunteering for NAIDW is the best part of my week. I always look forward to working with other volunteers and the enthusiastic staff, and I especially appreciate the dedication the organization shows on a daily basis to improving the quality of life of injured & disabled workers by providing unlimited resources, support, guidance and grant-based financial aid to injured & disabled workers and their families. Discovering NAIDW has been a very rewarding experience for me and I look forward in the future to assisting and helping in any way I can.

My name is Jon A. Arbay and I am the president & founder of NAIDW - The National Association of Injured & Disabled Workers. I hope to empower other injured workers with the knowledge in which I have acquired in the last four years of struggling through the workers' compensation system! We hope to provide short term financial assistance to injured workers who are experiencing financial difficulty. Our goal is to some day be the largest advocacy group for injured & disabled workers.

I have seen the organization come together in such a way that I could never have imagined. From the day my wife and I were sitting at the dinner table and found out that once again my benefits had been canceled, we said to each other this is crazy! How can they keep doing this? Something needs to be done!

I wouldn't change a thing it is progressing into what we had wished it to be through the help and kindness of many different individuals!

I have worked with NAIDW since it was founded as both the webmaster and a board member. I have watched it grow from the idea of 1 injured worker into a full-fledged organization that is in one of its biggest growth periods. Each day we gain more of the exposure and experience that we need to fulfill our mission. One day soon NAIDW will be able to support injured & disabled workers in the many ways that they need it. From financial support, to moral support, and to medical and legal advice, I strongly believe that NAIDW will be on the forefront of injured worker advocacy.
