The management for this organization is extremely poor. The non jewish workers are treated badly. There is no concern for them or their families. The managers main concern is making money. Mothers are lied to about any conditions their babies may have. There is never a nurse on for every shift. There is no formal training and employees get no benefits. I do not recommend donating, going or having any connection to this organization.

Change the entire management team.

Treat their employees with respect. Be honest to the women they serve.

How did this volunteer experience make you feel?

Badly. I became as bitter as the women that work there. Its not a happy place to be
