I have been a member of Mosaic for many years now. It has been a great experience, In fact I met my wife at one of the Labor Day weekend events. I have always had a great time going to these events and would highly advise anyone that is looking for a great social experience to be involved with this organization. It is the only organization that I know that connects like-minded individuals with similiar backgrounds to connect at unique destinations.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

I met my wife because of this organization

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

I look forward to the annual Labor day weekend event. It's my social highlight of any year!

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

Do alot of great advertising. Have leadership development retreats.

How frequently have you been involved with the organization?

About every six months

If it wasn't for Mosaic I would not have experienced the outdoors in the wild and up close. I am no longer afraid of snakes! I don't think I would have ever gone camping. Sometimes it is hard to move to a new place and meet people. Mosaic is a place where strangers become welcome faces each time we get together. Probably my best experiences in Florida have been with this group. They plan great trips. They also get together as well during the week.

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

Getting into the outdoors and seeing things I would have never seen. Getting to know people.

I have been a member of Mosaic off and on for a number of years. This past year I rejoined to participate in a trip Yellow Stone. It was a smart decision! The trip was well planned, priced right, nice people from around the country (and Canada) and was very very good experience of a lifetime.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

that I would not have gotten out to the park alone and if I had I would not have had a broad exposure to all aspects. It was a good trip!

How frequently have you been involved with the organization?

About once a year

I found the ad for the Mosaic Atlanta chapter at my local JCC. I just moved to the Atlanta area and didn't have any friends to do things with. I started going on hikes and have met the best friends that a person can hope for. In addition, I am living a better, healthier lifestyle by keeping active and being outdoors.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

going on hikes, kayaking and camping both locally and at the national event.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

have more events that cater to younger people and develop them as future leaders.

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

meeting new friends and seeing beautiful places.

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...

motivated, encouraging and friendly.

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

build preserves and campsites, with facilities that provide services for observant Jews (kosher food, etc...) but can be used and enjoyed by others as well.

Ways to make it better...

I had found this organization years ago.

In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...

developing future leadership, finding effective ways to market the organization.

One thing I'd also say is that...

How frequently have you been involved with the organization?

About every week
