We need this organization for our troops. Both the veterans of all the wars and those soldiers currently serving. It's a good place to start when you or your soldier needs help. We haven't had to take advantage yet, but our son is on his first deployment. He'll be home in April, hopefully. And it's good to know there is support.

- The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were... Very good.
- If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could... reach more people in need.
Ways to make it better!
- In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are... Probably lack of volunteers and financial backing.
- One thing I'd also say is that... This is a needed organization.
