I have been volunteering with the Miracle Foundation for over a year now. Their passion, integrity and professionalism surpasses most for profit organizations I have worked with!

I first learned about The Miracle Foundation in January this year when I revisited Anbarasi Social Action, an orphanage outside Dindigul in Tamilnadu. Having served as a volunteer there for 6 weeks in the end of 2011 and before the organization steped in on the scene, I became thrilled, amazed and deeply impressed by the many improvements and all the changes to the better that hade been made to the home in such a short time. It really warmed my heart to see the children healthier and happier than ever before. Back home I studied their web site and learned about The NEST-method, a comprehensive and impressive program to suport children with everything they need to reach their full potential. I now understod that what I had witnessed at my visit was just the beginning of something hughe.
My easiest decission ever taken was to become a donor and a proud member of this organization.
Thank you, The Miracle Foundation, for doing such a great job.

I did an internship at The Miracle Foundation for a semester. It was an amazing experience. The staff here is amazing. They work so hard and they're so dedicated to make this organization a success. You can tell that they really care about the orphans in India who are not as fortunate as we are. They are just a group of fun, loving, and caring individuals who have come together to make a difference in the world. They are the sweetest people I have ever worked with. They truly enjoy what they do and it made me realize how perfect their job is. They are so passionate about it and they're helping so many kids. It's just perfect always being around these amazing role models. I did a lot of the medical records of the kids in the orphanages and it was really exciting to see how the health of the kids had improved ever since the Miracle Foundation took over. It was definitely a great experience and I would definitely do it again if I had the chance!

I learned about The Miracle Foundation from my International Relations professor at the University of Texas at Austin. I was doing a double major in journalism and international development, which required an internship experience. I soon found myself in a semester-long internship at TMF, and can honestly say that it was the best internship I've ever had. Not only was I learning the ropes of non-profit management on-the-job, but I was part of a dream team. I was constantly blown away by the staff's professionalism, courteousness and passion for their work, and admire how everything they do centers on the rights and well-being of both the children and their Indian staff, as well as the sustainability of the organization on both sides of the globe. Maybe it's the pictures of the children all over the office, or the international mobility of the staff, but not once during my internship did I feel distanced from the TMF kids, though I had never met them in person. I could feel the impact of our work, as if the children were right there. Also, the staff treated me with the utmost respect, allowed me to share my skills in the Hindi language with them, and took a genuine interest in the advancement of my career in development work. They corresponded with my university on my internship's progression, regularly educated me on the workings of TMF in response to all my questions, and even wrote me a recommendation letter to the Peace Corps (I served in the Dominican Republic for two years following my graduation). Upon my return visit to the office, I was welcomed as a family member and updated on TMF's activities, though my internship was long over. I have not yet had the opportunity to travel to India with TMF as part of the ambassadors' team, but I am positive that when I do, it will be even more rewarding than my experience working stateside.

In 2011, I contacted The Miracle Foundation to see if there were any volunteer opportunities available. The very next day, I was walking through the front door being introduced to the entire team. I was greeted by a group of warm, passionate, and intelligent people ready to teach me everything I needed to know about their work and their impact.

Today, I work fulltime at The Miracle Foundation and couldn’t be happier! This organization is transparent and doing things legally. They are dedicated to protect the rights of every child, and put in place interventions that help them realize these rights. Health, education, running water, life skills education, and caregiver training are just some of the things provided to the orphans and their caregivers. Through their innovative NEST program, The Miracle Foundation is able to expand their reach and change the lives of children in India and eventually all over the world.

I am glad to have found an organization that does things right, and has the ability to show and prove the impact of their work through metrics. To work with an organization that gives children a chance, a childhood, and a brighter future is truly inspiring!

The Miracle Foundation is the most honest, hard-working, passionate and loving group of people you will EVER find. As a two-time ambassador in 2011 and 2012, I have met the children that this organization helps and it blew me away at the amount of love and opportunity for growth they provide these children. The Founder of The Miracle Foundation, Caroline Boudreaux, is hands down the most committed and passionate woman I have ever met. Her story is inspiring and her willingness to do what she does is fueled by her determination, courage and passion. Becoming a part of this team/family/organization has been the most rewarding experience of my life and I highly reccommend this charity to anyone and everyone.

I first became involved with The Miracle Foundation in 2009 when I interned with this amazing organization. Throughout the years of volunteering and now working for The Miracle Foundation, I have been humbled by the transparency, dedication, and utmost desire to put the children's rights and perspective as a top priority. I have never met a more driven team that strives to partner with like-minded leadership at our children's homes to change the fate of countless children. The Miracle Foundation strives to help each child and children's home reach their full potential.

I started volunteering at The Miracle Foundation back in December and words cannot express how impressed I am with this organization. Caroline's story will bring tears to your eyes, she is a kind, remarkable and inspirational woman. The staff of The Miracle Foundation could not be anymore positive and down to earth. They are so welcoming and are truly passionate about their work. I definitely encourage people to experience the service of others through this organization. It is with out a doubt life changing.

The Miracle Foundation is a reputable organization with a fearless and formidable leader. My husband and I have supported them for five years in various ways....including arranging a corporate sponsorship worth $10,000 that was managed professionally and efficiently.

In my experience, I've noticed that most non-profits and NGOs start out with lofty goals and good intentions, but fall flat because they do not have the acumen to run them like businesses that grow, thrive, and most of all, WORK. The Miracle Foundation is an astonishing and rare exception, with a compassionate but focused mission; financial transparency, and an inspiring and effective leadership team (headed by founder Caroline Boudreux) that has the talent and ability to deliver on their promises to donors... and those they serve. Everyone involved with this organization can feel its impact on the beautiful kids in India, and I personally believe that The Miracle Foundation will become the "success template" for international orphanage management, and is destined to make a substantial difference for thousands—if not millions—of children worldwide.
