I started volunteering at The Miracle Foundation back in December and words cannot express how impressed I am with this organization. Caroline's story will bring tears to your eyes, she is a kind, remarkable and inspirational woman. The staff of The Miracle Foundation could not be anymore positive and down to earth. They are so welcoming and are truly passionate about their work. I definitely encourage people to experience the service of others through this organization. It is with out a doubt life changing.

The Miracle Foundation is a reputable organization with a fearless and formidable leader. My husband and I have supported them for five years in various ways....including arranging a corporate sponsorship worth $10,000 that was managed professionally and efficiently.

In my experience, I've noticed that most non-profits and NGOs start out with lofty goals and good intentions, but fall flat because they do not have the acumen to run them like businesses that grow, thrive, and most of all, WORK. The Miracle Foundation is an astonishing and rare exception, with a compassionate but focused mission; financial transparency, and an inspiring and effective leadership team (headed by founder Caroline Boudreux) that has the talent and ability to deliver on their promises to donors... and those they serve. Everyone involved with this organization can feel its impact on the beautiful kids in India, and I personally believe that The Miracle Foundation will become the "success template" for international orphanage management, and is destined to make a substantial difference for thousands—if not millions—of children worldwide.

The Miracle Foundation had me at the word go! From the very beginning when every child needed a mattress, to the days, weeks, and months after the tsunami when they needed a roof over their heads all the way to the present when TMF is providing children with an education that will give them a way to provide for their own families. Caroline has not only given these children a chance in the world, she has made sure they experienced love along the way. It amazes me how she has shaped a world for them that includes healthy relationships with their house mothers and encouraged a bond between the children and their sponsors. All this while she makes sure they are fed, clothed, sheltered, educated and medically cared for. Now that's what I call a Miracle!

This is a true story. Caroline was on a once in a lifetime trip around the world with another friend. Her friend wanted to make a pit-stop in India to make sure a child she sponsored on late-night TV was real. He was real alright, but Caroline stumbled into a situation that changed her life forever.
It was Mother's Day 2000, when Caroline realized there were orphans in this world - small, hungry, needy children of God.
Today, she has made it possible for a donor like me to be a catalyst in the life of one of these 700+ orphans that she calls her own.
You must hear her story for yourself, its heart wrenching and you automatically feel compelled to do your part.
With the Miracle Foundation, you learn what giving is supposed to feel like!

I have helped with and have attended fundraisers and have listened to other donors who have gone to the orphanages themselves.

Make it world-wide.

I have enjoyed my time serving as a volunteer with The Miracle Foundation. It has opened my eyes to how an efficient non-profit is suppose to be run. I love the company culture of The Miracle Foundation and I firmly believe that their mission statement is being fulfilled.

As a volunteer I
am able to help out in many areas, including working with the databases and general organization of everyday tasks. Also, I have loved working with the employees of this foundation and learning from their work. They are truly transforming children's lives in India and for that I am grateful to be able to volunteer for such a powerful organization.

I've experienced results of this organization in seeing before and after pictures of the children that this organization has helped. It blew me away how much healthier and happy the children look after being affected by this foundation. It's truly amazing.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

I would continue to encourage everyone to consider spreading the Miracle Foundation to more locations around the world. :)

I am a volunteer, donor/sponsor, and Ambassador for this organization. I started out just sponsoring a child and giving as able to various projects. I occasionally volunteered. Then I went to India and personally experienced what the organization was doing there. It was absolutely amazing and continues to be one of the most profound, memorable, and life changing trips I'll ever take. I fell in love with the children and The Miracle Foundation staff made sure that our time was spent really serving the children...by loving them and playing with them. What an amazing gift! TMF staff also handled so many details of the trip so that I could focus on the work and the children and the experience and not worry about how to buy a train ticket and navigate a very very confusing country (to say the least!)
I have been back twice since and will go again and continue to support their mission.

In spite of the challenges that any group like TMF may encounter, it's clear that the members of this organization are dedicated and remain focused on the immediate and future needs of these orphans- it seems to drive them forward, stay the course and remain true to their vision & mission.

The Great!

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

As a sponsor and physician-volunteer, I had an opportunity to travel to 3 orphanages in India in 2009. I met 500 children and saw the real-time impact TMF affords these orphans. After my trip, I felt inspired and relieved that the efforts of the sponsors, volunteers and members of the TMF family is not just fluff and philosophy, but rather translates into practical and realistic goals that for real impact the health, personal development and education of these orphans.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

My hope is that these folks continue their relevant, daunting and often unrecognized efforts. My thanks to family/friends for the introduction to TMF.

The Miracle Foundations is the most transparent and well-run non-profit organization that I know. I heard about them from one of their board members and have been extremely impressed with the passion and dedication of the team and volunteers. Regardless of day to day pressures, they are able to put the welfare of the children in the orphanages first.

The Great!

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

I've spent time in their offices, with the team members, volunteers and advisors - the leaders at The Miracle Foundation are smart, thoughtful, and tenacious!

Ways to make it better...

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

I would want to see it grow/scale and address similar problems in other countries. They are already on their way to making this happen.

With a history of proven progress in providing nurture, nutrition, and education for the orphaned children of India, The Miracle Foundation is worthy of continued support from me and other members of my family. I have observed the "bee hive" of activity at the office in Austin. It is clear that the children are loved from afar and that their welfare is paramount in the hearts of the happy and devoted staff.

The Great!

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

By visiting the headquarters in Austin, attending fundraisers, and reading updates in thier newsletter

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

I wouldn't make any changes to their philosophy or their work. I would only hope that they would receive additional funding that would allow them to provide care to orphaned children throughout the world.
