MARR saved my life and my family. In October 2007 my husband and I arrived at marr broken and hopeless. With 3 small boys left in the care of my sister, all I had left in life was brought with me through the doors of the recovery center. I found love, peace patience and a new way of life. MARR taught me truths about myself, life and God that I had not gotten anywhere else. I left Feburary 22, 2008 with a new perspective and attitude about life and who I was and hope in what my life could become. Dreams come true and shattered lifes are restored at MARR. I could never repay what they have given to me, my husband and our 3 boys. I have a great job, our kids go to a wonderful school and my husband is such a wonderful responsible man.

That's just what MARR has done for me. The man who recommended MARR is a MARR graduate from the 1970's. MARR has been changing lives positively for many years and has a great influence even outside of its walls as those who have gone through spread the message of hope planted by MARR to those who suffer in their own hometowns.

I arrived at MARR a complete mess with a complete mess of a life. A few years later, I am no longer a mess, and my life is working quite nicely. A family that didn't speak to me is now back together, a lost law practice is being replaced, and a new peace accompanies me. I am not the only one who has experienced these results; all of those in my community who have been to MARR have similar stories.

Recently I was in a meeting of approximately 45 recovering people, ten of whom had received treatment at MARR over the course of several years (we stick together pretty closely). The former MARR patients shared of continuing contact with MARR and of increasing gratitude for our time there. Those who had been treated elsewhere were shocked; it was clear that there was little fondness for, nor desire to return to, those other facilities.

I recommend MARR to anyone who asks. It works.

A staff member of Marr suggested I go to one of the Family of Addicts day Seminars. It was very helpful in helping me as a parent dealing with an adult son. Just setting boundaries and not being an enabler. It also helped me with my feelings of guilt since there had been a divorce when my son was just a child.
Everyone was very kind and helpful.

Saved my life. Safe place to work on myself. Gave me the knowledge to understand my problem and start living in the solution.

Through MARR I was able to take charge of my life. I wanted a life free from alcohol and drugs and MARR gave me the tools to do just that!
