I am one of the former Office Managers of MHN. I was legally under contract until this month and was not allowed to "speak ill" for a year after my employment. As Office Manager, I handled the financial records and national sales/donations of education materials. MHN's Executive Director continually donated large amounts of materials to corporate partners but would refuse to send free material to community organizations and churches. On top of that, when a small church could scrap together the money to buy materials for their congregation, the ED would force me to send extra books and other materials and then charge the church for all of the shipping - despite the fact that the church did not know they would be receiving these materials. In addition, the organization's credit card records of at least one of the employees frequently charged personal expenses and was allowed to continue. These are only a few of the infractions of this completely unhelpful non-profit.

The Great!

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

they love to spend lots of money on giving congressmen/women special health treatment in the month of June.

Ways to make it better...

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

Change the higher levels of leadership - they need a grassroots approach and not a lobbyist.
