The Melorose YMCA has let child preditor work for them for 14 years. The president needs to step down also the vice president because they knew this man was not following the rules.

very bad since they allow people abuse children and turn their heads and hope it goes away. The board of directors needs to be revamped.

Most staff is great except the adminstration officers.
Ways to make it better...
they did not employ child abusers. The ymca did not do their job to protect children from danger.
