MSFC provides a valuable service to medical students, residents, and North American women by ensuring quality education and training opportunities. It is an excellent organization, one I support with my time, money, and voice.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

hands-on training opportunities, conferences and continuing education, and resources.

Medical Students for Choice has played a major role in shaping not only my medical education but me as a person. Through workshops and educational experiences I have learned what I want to do with my life and what kind of physician I hope to become. MSFC has shaped my education by encouraging me to provide reproductive services for women and allowing me to impact my fellow medical students to become educated compationate physicians.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

the advancement of my medical education and their unending support to ensure that students are getting complete and comprehensive training.

Medical Students for Choice provides education and opportunities to medical students interested in learning more about comprehensive reproductive health, including abortions. This organization is especially important in areas where medical education may be hindered due to access issues. I currently serve as President and Founder of the chapter at my school, and MSFC has provided endless support, numerous materials, and helped fund an internship with an abortion provider this summer.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

my medical education. I have held events that have educated my peers about abortion. I am being funded to work with an abortion provider for several weeks this summer to get personal training in the field.

Through MSFC, medical students have a strong, collective voice with which to advocate for women's reproductive rights. MSFC is organized, supportive, and ready to help medical students use that voice and strengthen their education around abortion and other reproductive choices to better the care of many patients. I am able to supplement my knowledge outside of the school's lecture halls with MSFC as a sturdy guide.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

Speaking directly to MSFC's encouraging staff has allowed me to work at an abortion clinic, and attend the National Conference in Salt Lake to network with and learn from other pro-choice leaders!

MSFC is supportive of our medical education. It is important that future physicians learn about the choices available to their patients, including their choices in pregnancy termination or continuity. MSFC hosted a very informative and interesting conference that I attended through my school's chapter. It was well organized. We came back with information and ideas, excited to implement them in our medical education and in our programing as an organization. MSFC's support of our chapter helps us to bring this excitement and knowledge of choice to our fellow classmates.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

Funding for educational programs on campus.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

spread its influence wider.

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

the regional conference in New York where we discussed public health options for choice and learned how to place IUDs.

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...

energetic, helpful, and thorough.

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

reach the stars.

Ways to make it better...

there were even more people able to come with funding.

In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...

the opposition to implementing choice within the already packed curriculum of medical schools.

One thing I'd also say is that...

MSFC has been a wonderful part of my experience so far in medical school.

Ms4c has been the most supportive, awesome and inspiration group I've gotten involved with since starting medical school. This is such an important cause that is often not acknowledged in our curriculums, so they have a super important role

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

keeping the big picture in mind as i study
