I am a believer of this organization. I am a board member but also have delivered meals for over 2 years. The clients are given wonderful meals that they enjoy. I constantly get positive comments from clients about how good the food is and how easy it is to sign up. Everyone goes above and beyond the call of duty to ensure the clients are looked after and taken care of.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
being a board member and volunteer. My grandfather used to serve meals to the homebound for MOW and my mother has done it as well. My brother, sister, friends all deliver meals on a weekly basis and enjoy getting to know the clients.
Ways to make it better...
If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
nothing....MOW does so much to ensure the clients are given a hot, healthy and nutritonal meal on a daily basis. They also serve other needs of their clients on as needed basis such as the pet food program and home needs.

I have delivered for over 3 years now and can't think of a better ran and mor caring organization. It is an honor to serve with the countless number of volunteers and workers of Meals on Wheels of Tarrant County!

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...
seeing those who cannot prepare their own meals be taken care of so that they can remain at home instead of in a nursing home. We help people staying independent and give them dignity!
