MAHO provides very vital services to people with physical disabilities through information concerning accessible housing, and by providing accessible apartment complexes throughout the Greater Cleveland area.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

I have followed the work of this organization since its inception and have watched it grow from one apartment building to five.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

Expand their public awareness efforts so more people would be aware of their services.

The apartments they build to help those with mobility disabilities gives people a home that they can move around in at a price they can afford. Not many apartments offer bathrooms that can fit a wheelchair or kitchen that can fit a wheelchair. The apartments are amazing and I look foward to the new Circle Vistas site.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

by seeing what changes I needed to make my father's life easier after he had to start using a cane. The ADA laws that need to be used in a public place to provide easier access to curbs, homes and bathrooms is amazing. By learning simple and inexpensive ways to make our home ready for anyone with a mobility disability to enter.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

wish there was a way to get the word out about that MAHO is not just about apartments for people with disabilities. They give classes and work with people to learn how to make every place accessible and visitable to all.
