As an organization development consultant, I have had the privilege to donate my expertise over the last two years to the Maryland New Directions leadership team and the MND Board committee on Strategic Planning. The leadership team is incredibly committed and driven to assure the stability and relevance of the organization in a continually dynamic environment. They have designed good business practices into a legacy operation that has always delivered respectful and practical service to their clients with high accountability. The MND Board is highly engaged in widening the visibility and capabilities of MND to employers across the region. Grace Lee, Executive Director, energetically pursues strategic partnerships, expertise, and learning opportunities for her staff to raise the professionalism of the MND leadership and staff. This is an organization that makes the very best use of resources for amazing outcomes for their clients.
