I have a lot about metric system program .I learn that it will help me in future Port of Baltimore logistic department.
I came to this program with concerns of what will I be learning to gain employment. Little did I know that this program provided information for me to enact with a group of people that I never knew to make decisions and learn the business of the company that I would like to work with some day. there is much more I have learn and I am so excited, and it's only been one week. I look forward to the next two weeks in learning how to present and conduct myself for employment. Happy hunting.

well overall this class was very fun and i have gained a lot of knowledge. This experience very awesome if i must say i learned about my hometown in ways that i never even knew existed. The port of Baltimore instead of just the inner harbor,it taught me a verity of new things such as the longshoremen which is honestly my favorite well because my grand dad was one so i guess its in my blood so to speak. oh yeah my instructor Steve was a awesome and great help.
I think this is a excellent program for job seeks its very beneficial and education.
This place is AWESOME!!!! From the Maritime Transportation Knowledge and the availability of free clothing options for men. (Which is very difficult because a majority of non-profits are geared towards woman) ---DW
very informative i will network this program to anyone whom is of interest
The staff and volunteers are doing incredible work assisting our clients in not only obtaining employment, but also mentoring motivated clients into and through careers.

I was told about Maryland New Direction by a few friends and co-workers. No one knew what MND was about but being the person that I am, I wanted to experience new things, expand my horizons and hope for the best. I feel that MND will help me. I reserve the right to resubmit with I am done. LOL
