My name is Mark Jenkins. I founded Mark Jenkins Evangelistic Ministries International, Inc. in 1994 and continued operating this ministry until 2011 at which time I voluntarily dissolved the organization. It had come to my attention that the IRS had changed filing regulations requiring all not for profit organizations to file form 990. I was not aware of this change and subsequently the 501 C 3 status was revoked as of this year. There was no other reason for the loss of the tax exempt status.

After dissolving Mark Jenkins Evangelistic Ministries International, inc. I immediately created a new organization, Mark Jenkins Ministries, with the help of the law firm Winters and King in Tulsa, OK. Currently, Winters and King have submitted the proper documentation to the IRS for tax exempt(501 C 3) status for the ministry and are awaiting approval.
