MAD is not only working for underprivileged kids to provide them with quality education. They also mointor there projects based on two Areas Activity & Results. They monitor the activites like Attendance of the kids, Feedback from Volunteers, Invigilation of Mentors, Training for Volunteers, periodical audits, Monthly meetings & Centrally controlled Finance. I really like the idea when this group organized a picnic for the kids from 'Thara, orphanage for boys'. I got involved immediately and introduced more donors for the event. Though I could not volunteer to help but I was very sure that it would be a successful event and indeed it brought so many smiles on those kid's faces.

I first heard of this organization through friends. Many of my friends and close acquaintances were invovled with the project. On hearing about the activities and involveent of this organization, I actually did some research and dropped in, only to find that it was one of the BEST and most effective service projects that I've come across in years! The organization actually uplifts talented and needy students, and I found out that hundred of active volunteers had indeed MADE A DIFFERENCE in their lives! :) Kudos Mad!

Every month I contribute a part of my salary for charity, its the same as usual, some for CRY, SOS International, MAD and other groups. But in MAD, i usually take part in how they utilize it for the kids. Every time they hold a camp, which is basically a get together between children from different schools, there's a lot and lot of work, so I involve in helping them out with all that work. So all the effort placed into it, can be visualized and be made worth it by just seeing the smiles on their faces. All the activities organized, you see how it can help them. Every time, our efforts are mainly monetary but this time, its both, and you working yourself through is any day better than any cash contribution can make you feel. That why I support MAD and their efforts to help me make a difference.
