Lower Cape Fear Hospice provides professional health care and comfort to the those with a life limiting illness and offers hope, support and education to patients, their familes and the community.
It has been our privilege and honor to have served more than 20,000 patients and their families in Southeast North Carolina over the last thirty years on life’s last journey.
Infants, children, and adults who face a life-limiting illness are hospice patients. Their disease diagnosis can include cancer, end-stage chronic illnesses such as lung, heart, and kidney disease, Alzheimer’s, dementia, strokes, ALS, and neurological diseases.
