really change students lives by providing scholarships; It could positively impact the college by establishing a fully staffed foundation staff to reach out to the community in a greater fashion than they currently do.

They were able to afford staff but in this economic times they are unable to sustain fund raising.
In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...
too many needs in an economic time that has reducing resources to this public community college that the foundation supports.
One thing I'd also say is that...
Harbor College is a wonderful public community college and has an excellent relationship with this foundation.
