Reviews for Lois Renfro Foundation

Rating: 5 stars

The Lois Renfro Foundation effectively reaches youth at vulnerable ages and connects in a nurturing way that combines fun, food, positive adult influence, spiritual guidance, hope, and last but not least, inspiration. George Brummell is a passionate advocate for the future of today's challenged kids and leads them - in a very healthy environment - in a direction that will build their character and help them successfully navigate through the challenges of today.

Passionate motivation for supporting young people pulses through the veins of the volunteers of the Lois Renfro Foundation. My experience at a barbeque for the kids opened my eyes to the many ways George Brummell, his Board, and volunteers create a "space of grace" for children and teens: good food and fellowship, interactive games and conversation, sharing and living out values, and friendship in a world that can often be difficult for kids to navigate. Each month I see pictures of kids building healthy relationships, having fun in a safe place, and learning values that will deter them from the dark alleys of the street. Congratulations to the work of Lois Renfro Foundation!
