With the thousands of people losing their vision from diabetes related illnesses every day, foundations like the Diabetes Awareness Foundation of MD-35 screen thousands of adults and children each year in Florida and the Bahamas. Imagine being at risk for diabetes or the possibility of losing your vision just because you didn't know.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

I am diabetic and didn't know until I joined the war againse diabetes and was tested myself. The Diabetes Awareness Foundation of MD-35 saved my vision and possibly my life.

I would one day want to close this foundation because it helped find a cure.
