Lions Camp Tatiyee is Christmas in the summer for so many campers. I worked as a counselor there for 10 years and learned something new everyday. The camp is FREE to children and adults with disabilities. It has an amazing staff year after year...well trained and fun! The camp is absolutely wonderful! I have continued to be involved with the camp as a donor.

Lions Camp Tatiyee is truly a unique place. The staff training and preparedness is above and beyond anything I have ever seen or experienced, even in working at several hospitals. The level of commitment and heart from staff is outstanding. Being involved with Lions Camp Tatiyee has truly changed my life in a positive manner. As someone very involved with the special needs population, I recognize just how important it is to promote independence while still maintaining safety. Camp Tatiyee is an amazing place that offers an opportunity for campers that cannot be surpassed. The complete level of acceptance and openness creates a beautiful atmosphere for individual growth. Lions Camp Tatiyee touches the lives of all who visit, from casual visitors who are touched by the pictures on the walls to those who anxiously await it's start every year.

I have been involved with Lions Camp Tatiyee since 1984. The standards they hold themselves too are beyond measure. They truly attempt to individualize and meet each child at their ability level. This organization has truly changed my life. They have operated for 54 years serving special needs children and adults all over Arizona at no cost to the families. The experience of camp with the standards of the American Camp Association make this place above all others.
