Lifestyles for the Disabled on Staten Island is a program worthy of acknowledgement. The administrators and staff truly are professional and caring towards all...clear on their mission and do so with integrity and enthusiam..

My friend's mom works with special needs adults, not at lifestyles, but she supports the Lifestyles for the disabled program and believes in the abilities of all individuals. thanks for doing something so special that we all can benefit from.

I admire Lifestyles for the Disabled and all that they stand for. I feel this is a one of a kind program and non-profit. The minute I listened to the program and found out about the organization, I was instantly touched and had complete and utter respect for the volunteers and all of the work that the group does. We need to see more organizations such as LFTD. They really are making a difference and focusing on a group that does not receive as much attention as other non-profit organizations (e.i. breast cancer).

A very close friend of mine's son, Frankie, participates in this program. Since he has belonged to this group, with its dedicated leaders, his life has become more fulfilled. Lifestyles has opened up a new world to Frankie. He now enjoys his every day experiences and has developed true friendships. He is not only learning new things, like the radio program that he enjoys so much, but is also learning skills to help him succeed in life.

My friend Chrissie keeps telling me about this special program so I checked it out it is amazing! I enjoy the radio program and now the interviews on itunes too..good job to everyone involved.

This a great program, it gives people with disabilities a wonderful place to go. They benefit from the socializing and finding a place to fit in and groups to enjoy. Very special people work there for very special people.

Lifestyles For The Disabled is such an awesome group of people! Their mission continues to give disabled members of the community opportunities to live life to their fullest ability, increasing their quality of life! Seeing the organization's work in action reminds me that there is good in this world yet!
