I am one of the parents who received training via a needs workshop this people had. I was very ggnarant about my sons problems. Now I know how to help him. Thank you very much.

I have been privileged by helping the Latino Institute working with their Latino Scholars Program. In addition, I have supported the activities and events supporting parents.
Specifically, I volunteered for the 8th Annual Latino Expo and Parents Conference this October. The conference was fantastic!! The organization knwos how to host a very professional event, covering the needs of both bilingual and Anglo parents. This is a great organization.
