Provide technical and human resources for effective data input, management, discovery, access, and analysis. Maintain and expand collaborations to provide capacity for meeting our mission and maximizing the effectiveness of our work and conservation outcomes. Through internships and workshops, provide technical skill development in the areas of bird monitoring and research methodologies, science delivery, and science education. Provide unique and diverse community learning opportunities that foster an appreciation for birds and an interest in science-based bird and habitat conservation. Integrate needs for science and outdoor education by delivering curriculum and supporting programming.
