"I am an Israeli/US dual citizen and like almost all Israelis, a veteran of the IDF. I love Israel and believe that its future as a Jewish democracy cannot be secured by ruling over a hostile population. Our Jewish tradition of justice demands that what we want for ourselves we must allow to others. I don't see how we can achieve that and still remain in the West Bank and Gaza. A two state solution is the best answer currently available."

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

It provides a voice for those who, like me, love Israel but disagree with many of the policies of its government.

As an Israeli, I stand with J Street because I don't want my grandchildren to have to go to war to protect Israel. The best form of security for my country is a peace agreement.

The Great!

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

giving me hope that we can end the cycle of wars which are destroying Israel.

Ways to make it better...

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

help it grow faster!

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

my feeling that it is growing and becoming stronger.

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...

very very smart, and share my values.

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

counteract the belligerent voices in Congress.

Ways to make it better...

even more people had come to the conference in Washington.

In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...

lies people spread about it.

One thing I'd also say is that...

I really pray this organization will succeed!

I support J Street because the two-state solution is the only viable solution to end this conflict. They are pro-peace which is what we want for this region.

"J Street is essential to a balanced and realistic conversation about the two state solution. To think that progressive Jews are marginalized because they do not agree with the right hardliners, and present a humanistic alternative, is a tunnel vision view of the peace process. We all want the same thing...a peaceful Jewish state."

is watching it grown into an effective organization that represents Jews who have been marginalized because of their support for a humanistic two state solution in the Mideast.

I'm contacting you to you today to see if you'd be willing to use your comment to help us win the Jewish Choice Awards on GreatNonProfits.org. We really loved it. You said: "I stand with J Street because I am inspired by your pro-peace, pro-Israel message and at the same time your willingness to shake things up.... Our country is in such trouble and I believe you really want to roll up your sleeves and make it a better world! Thanks for all you do."

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

They are refreshing and have a voice and message to our country. The best comment I read about them is by someone in Israel: this is the group I have been waiting 45 years for.

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...

Impressive, respectful, progressive

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

help to change our world for the better

Ways to make it better...

More people would recognize them as a legitimate Jewish group

In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...

the criticism and competitiveness in other pro-Israel groups

One thing I'd also say is that...

They are a huge asset to peace. I am not Jewish but this group makes me wish I was, or at least makes me feel VERY proud of them. I LOVE them and look forward to their emails and activities and organization.

I support J Street since they are one of the few who think rationally when thinking about Israel. There are emotions behind the rationality but they are positive and serve to benefit Israel rather than send it down a devastating path.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

the feeling of doing something to bring the message to Washington.

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...

dedicated to delivering the truth.

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

possibly sway the House & Senate away from the counter organizations.

Ways to make it better...

I could have attended.

In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...

the counter organizations with more money.

One thing I'd also say is that...

thank God there are American Jews who know what is right for Israel. I hope they can positively effect Israeli Jews.

"I stand with J Street because J Street is an oasis of just, compassionate, reasonable, practical, and fact-based advocacy for a Middle East peace solution. With a level-headed tone and a positive message that respects the rights of both Palestinians and Israelis, J Street is a decidedly affirmative force in international affairs, a voice of post-sectarian light and reason among lobbyists. J Street deserves the overwhelming support of the American people."
