This charity is a volunteer run recognized 501 (c). There are no slaries, so the money raised goes to the Foundation and its programs.
One of the programs: The Summer Student Fellowship Program attracts bright, motivated college students to the field of neuroscience. Listening to at events or reading about on www.iesBrainResearch.org, the amazing experience these students have had working with promionent neuroscientists and how enthusiastic the fellows are; makes you really happy you doanted!! Many of them are going on for their PhD or MD/PhD in neuroscience and plan to add to the research of the senior scientists to find cures to serious brain diseases and conditions such as: brain cancer, Parkinson's & A;zheimer's dieseases, TBI (concussions, etc.), epilepsy, MS, spinal chord injury, addiction, pain, autism, PTSD, schizophrenia, depression, etc.

Seeing the student fellows attracted to do brain research and make it a part of their career. See the hope this Foundation gives to those impacted by one of the devastating brain diseases or conditions.
