I began funding IIGL at its inception in 2003 and have been involved with this extraordinary organization ever since as a Board member and/or officer. As a result of the foregoing, have been privy to the various projects initiated by students manifesting their leadership abilities and fund several such projects in Africa. In addition, have developed several personal relationships with students which have facilitated assistance to the Nepali earthquake victims and, presently, to the potential asylum of a student who had to escape his home country. IIGL truly gives meaning to the realization of brotherhood and is a step toward recognition of the One Humanity.
IIGL has been training students around the world, via the Internet, in the spiritual foundations of leadership, with the intention to transform society thereby. I have funded this organization since its inception in 2002, as a result of which the contacts, both at home and abroad, have changed the direction of my life. It has been extraordinary to see how the training -- shared without charge -- has altered the lives of so many, particularly in developing countries. For me this has resulted not only in funding the organization itself but, also, student projects that have delineated as a result of this training. I cannot recommend this work highly enough -- both to potential students and to funders seeking long-term global value for their investment.

In 2001 when I planted the tiny seed of an idea for a course in personal empowerment and transformation - that became IIGL - I had no idea that it would grow into what it has become today and touch so many lives in so many ways. It is with a deep sense of gratitude and humility that I have watched it continue to grow since I stepped out of the leadership position at the end of 2012. When I see so much suffering in the world and the blindness of those who attempt to kill unresourcefull ideas with guns & bombs, instead of better ideas, I am reminded of how valuable IIGL continues to be in lighting a candle - however small - instead of cursing the darkness.
As the founder and first director of IIGL I have been privileged to see the incredible transformation that these studies have brought about in the lives of our students. Unlike many really great non-profits which focus on outer circumstances, IIGL focuses on the inner world of attitude and belief with the understanding that our outer circumstances of life are a reflection of our attitude and beliefs about ourselves and the world we live in. This focus on the very foundation of personal and social change makes IIGL utterly unique and in a category by itself.
The International INstitute for Global Leadership is a U..S.-based NGO which provides training in heart-centered leadership at no charge to those around the world interested in such an endeavor. This is done through supplying books by mail or online, and is supported by the guided student reports and related mentoring by qualified volunteers connected with the organization.
As a former micro-creditor practitioner in Asia, and NGO representative to the United Nations in New York, I began funding IIGL at its inception on the recommendation of a friend who was a donor to social advancement projects around the world. This was in 2002, and my funding has continued in line with the expanded progress of IIGL in producing students who have proceeded to form their own local projects dedicated to transforming their societies from the bottom - up.
I cannot recommend highly enough the value of IIGL both to its students, to its donors -- many of whom have become Board members as well as donors to student projects, and to the world, as the value of heart-centered leadership begins to take hold in -- and transform -- societies around the world.

I am happy to financially support IIGL as a positive and life changing force on our planet. Over the years I have worked with IIGL, (I served on the board for a number of years) I have seen hope spring up where things seemed hopeless. I continue to see internal spiritual shifts in incredible degrees as students and graduates practice the principles they learn through the established curriculum and resources. It bring my heart joy and delight to know that I can share my abundance in small but significant ways that help shape the future of humanity.

I have been involved with the Institute for Global leadership from its beginning stages and am constantly blown away by the level of the language and the valuable insights learned and expressed with so much clarity and eloquence with each year's student reviews. I have had some more personal correspondence with a number of students over the years and am greatly impressed by their enthusiasm and career choices and the actual manifestation of projects that benefit their local community. The effects of the students involvement with IIGL ripples out in ways we cannot even imagine and they are definitely making an impact wherever they might reside... I will continue to support them in the future...
Ive been a donor for the IIGL for a few years and I have greatly enjoyed reading and hearing about the positive growth the program has had on many students participating in IIGL. For such a small cost, IIGL is the best intentional investment I make each and every month. Supporting a program that gives people the tools who are thristy to consciously evolve into positive leaders is beautiful. Personal growth is priceless- The return on this global investment is limitless, and the value so great it cannot be measured by any international monetary system. I look forward to the program growing and reaching to many around the world.
