IIGL is not just a life changing organization but a ‘door” to excellent living.
The books I read, the people that I met and the opportunities that I have been exposed to as an IIGL student have indeed opened my eyes to the realities of life, transformed my life and made me a better person.
IIGL is a gift to humanity and I appreciate those who are working hard to move the organization to a greater height.

A bird born in a cage believes flying is an illness, so I thought in the facade leadership common in Africa until I joined as a student and then became so rich in books and knowledge. International Institute for Global Leadership is a rising sun shining in our lives especially in Africa that have never experienced good leadership and giving us the opportunity to change the present.

I have served on many Boards of Directors in my life, and have never been prouder to serve an organization as I am to serve IIGL! The majority of our Board are students of IIGL from all over the world. They are giving back to the organization that has helped them to become wise, strong heart-centered leaders, and that is so inspiring to me! Of even greater inspiration to me are the community projects our students have founded and fostered, including an orphanage in Togo, an online educational program for high school drop-outs in Uganda, a plantain farm and plantain chip-making factory in Nigeria, and a leadership development project for at-risk youth in Nigeria! IIGL is changing the world 1 emerging leader at a time, proving that through wisdom-sharing, dedication, hard work, and belief in one another, anything is possible!

Ever since I became a student, my life have been transformed tremendously. I have changed from being reactive to pro-active. I have become the master of my thoughts, words and actions. I can say that as a result of the books and exercises I have carried out since becoming a member, I become a change agent and a more responsible, understanding, appreciative, forgiving, relaxed, determined, focused and above all, a better christian. I was attracted to IIGL in late 2009 when I was searching for meaning to my life. It was through a book on how to write attractive CV's, written by one of the students that I got to know of IIGL.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

Make the the books accessible to every human being on earth.

When I first heard about IIGL I was impressed with the sincere dedication, hard work and commitment of the program coordinator. As I reviewed the website,I felt complete alignment with the philosophy, mission, and purpose. A financial contribution was only the beginning. I began to read student essays and learn how lives around the world were being changed through IIGL's impact. Stories of personal and community hardship were being overcome through practical application of the principles learned through these resources. Letting go of the mentality of victim hood was discernible as students worked diligently through the program. Releasing patterns of victim hood indicates a major step forward in becoming a contributory world citizen. Following student essays reveals a courageous journey into self and fosters a desire to help others. Mentoring my first student was totally joyful as I was able to detect a shift in consciousness by the way he responded to specific challenges in his life. His efforts and people like me supporting him with life visioning resulted in him completing the program and establishing his own life coaching business. His own experiences now serve as tools to serve others in similar circumstances. Through this program, countless students have found life more purposeful and meaningful. Many have learned not only how to change their personal circumstances by seeing differently but also desire to give back by reaching out to enrich the lives of others in their communities and countries.

In 2005, I made a bold decision by joining IIGL to dedicate my life to starting and advancing a revolution in how Human Beings Think, Speak and Act, based on a new model of consciousness. I completed level seven studies October 2009. This marvelous journey has been life transforming, helping me discover what a man can do to move the world & benefit humanity.
