When I first heard about IIGL I was impressed with the sincere dedication, hard work and commitment of the program coordinator. As I reviewed the website,I felt complete alignment with the philosophy, mission, and purpose. A financial contribution was only the beginning. I began to read student essays and learn how lives around the world were being changed through IIGL's impact. Stories of personal and community hardship were being overcome through practical application of the principles learned through these resources. Letting go of the mentality of victim hood was discernible as students worked diligently through the program. Releasing patterns of victim hood indicates a major step forward in becoming a contributory world citizen. Following student essays reveals a courageous journey into self and fosters a desire to help others. Mentoring my first student was totally joyful as I was able to detect a shift in consciousness by the way he responded to specific challenges in his life. His efforts and people like me supporting him with life visioning resulted in him completing the program and establishing his own life coaching business. His own experiences now serve as tools to serve others in similar circumstances. Through this program, countless students have found life more purposeful and meaningful. Many have learned not only how to change their personal circumstances by seeing differently but also desire to give back by reaching out to enrich the lives of others in their communities and countries.

i got to find out about the IIGl program from a friend of mine who has always challenged me to become a better person in life. he told me reading books could help me get to that person that i wanted to be and i sort of didn't believe him at first but decided to join the program anyway. i can now say that reading books does help a lot. the program has helped me to realize the importance of many things that i always took for granted for example defining one's goals in life and writing them down, having a positive attitude among others. the program has helped me to develop and improve on the relationships that i have with people around me especially with my family who i have had problems with in the past. i have great confidence, hope and self esteem in myself and my abilities. i am deeply grateful to the people that have made this possible for me in this program and i would encourage anyone and everyone to become enrolled in this program.

Ive been a donor for the IIGL for a few years and I have greatly enjoyed reading and hearing about the positive growth the program has had on many students participating in IIGL. For such a small cost, IIGL is the best intentional investment I make each and every month. Supporting a program that gives people the tools who are thristy to consciously evolve into positive leaders is beautiful. Personal growth is priceless- The return on this global investment is limitless, and the value so great it cannot be measured by any international monetary system. I look forward to the program growing and reaching to many around the world.

Have been a student and non-voting board member of IIGL, I am getting many things such as able to develop a leadership quality in my community and doing communicate with many people and even travel outside of my country and got wonderful experiences interacting with world citizens. I would like to see the institute reaching many people in the developing countries.

In 2005, I made a bold decision by joining IIGL to dedicate my life to starting and advancing a revolution in how Human Beings Think, Speak and Act, based on a new model of consciousness. I completed level seven studies October 2009. This marvelous journey has been life transforming, helping me discover what a man can do to move the world & benefit humanity. For me IIGL is indeed a Powerful, Safe, Nurturing, and Nourishing Platform for Individuals to step in to Re-discover and Re-claim the Natural and Authentic Brilliance and Greatness that They already Are.

I am among the earliest students of IIGL. What I learned from this institute helps me to structure my objectives and prioritize them. While doing this I gave a certain focus to my life to the extend where I am certain that my plan will materialize. As the director of the French division, I was able to develop a student group of 55 students with the support of contributors and volunteers. My only regret to date is the inability to do more financially to develop the French affiliate institute. The economy is currently tough. But, I really think that IIGL deserves massive support in developing emerging leaders allover the world, particularly in developing countries.

As a student at IIGL, I really cherish all the leadership principles I am gleaning from the outstanding curriculum and tidbits of wisdom I am learning from Michael here and there. My view of life challenges has been revolutionized and dramatically altered by first thinking "Good!" after an encounter, then delineating ways I will grow from the experience. Anyone has much to gain from the program.

I have beren a regular contributor to IIGL for some time now and it feels like I am getting maximum impact for my money. The books IIGL uses are all great and the students from Africa, especially, seems to devour the information on higher consciousness. Since the inner is always outpictured in the outer, I know of no better way to raise the vibratory rate of the planet, and promote not only our survival but our flourishing as a species. Dr. David K. I begain working with the International Institute for Global Leadership (IIGL); www.global-leadership.com in 2002. Each year I have gotten to know more students and contributors globally. We are one global family! My experience is remarkable and I know each of us is making a GREAT difference in planetary change by participating in IIGL!

The IIGL Students could receive "live" leadership training and offices could be established in each of the African countries. IIGL could be funded for 100 plus years with 10 million dollar gift!
