I found IFPD on the web searching for an organization that could benefit from a used prothesis. They were communicative and gracious. I am grateful for their efforts.

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

help disaster victims of third world countries that are left with no medical assitance.

I found a listing online for organizations who accepted prosthetics no longer needed. As I understand, the components are used to either make new artificil limbs, or the entire item is passed on to those who are in need. When my husband passed away I didn't know what to do with his artificial leg. After several correspondence with this firm, I was pleased to learn they could use the item and was eager to work with me. After shipping the "leg" I received a very nice Thank You and a receipt to be used when filing my Income Tax Return. My association with the firm was totally a positive one.

The Great!

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

accepting donated items.

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

a feeling of satisfaction that my donation will be useful.

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...

only through internet corespondence.

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

most likely put the money to good use.
