As Board President of Interface Creative Group, I have witnessed firsthand the dedication this organization has for development of arts, primarily by its eduacational programs, and promotion of culture throughout the community, region, and beyond.

The Great!

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

the impact that it has made on children of this community. In difficult economic environments, courses in art and culture are typically easily cut from a school's budget/curriculum, leaving a void in creativity and inspiration for many young people.

ICG has been an indispensible support for our young non-profit since 2007. The concept of providing marketing support for other non-profits is a brilliant one; the need is one often overlooked. ICG executes this concept with professional competence and excellent customer relations. I am not attempting here to offer a puff piece; the fact is, I have no criticism to make. I am highly pleased with ICG's work and grateful that they are part of my working life.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

Working up a marketing plan for our annual Bulb Festival and using that plan not only for developing promotions but in support of grant proposals.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

Clone both of them! They are talented, positive, and always available.

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

My relationship with Cari Hillman and Katherine Pridemore-Denney.

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...

See above.

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

Probably put the funding to use in scholarships and additional services for its Infusion Campus program (latchkey program for local youngsters). Perhaps obtain more office space--presently OK but cramped and windowless.

Ways to make it better...

I'm sorry to be so positive, but the plan has been right on the money.

In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...

Probably funding, but I am not privy to this element.

One thing I'd also say is that...

We are fortunate to have found them when we needed them.

The staff of Interface Creative Group is genuinely concerned with the quality and awareness of the arts in Springfield. Whether it be invitations to local Springfield events, gatherings for the citizens of Springfield or creating a welcoming environment for their volunteer staff, they give 100%!
