The Indianapolis Zoo will empower people and communities, both locally and globally, to advance animal conservation.

Programs: Exhibits: Visitors discover exotic animals and explore their habitats through the naturalistic exhibits of the Indianapolis Zoo. Audiences are entertained by seeing animals that they might otherwise never see, and educated about the natural sciences and how it applies to significant environmental issues facing these species and their habitats. Exhibits (or biomes) include the Oceans (aquarium and dolphin pavilion), Forests, Plains, Deserts, and Encounters (domestic animals).
