I have been a member since 1974 and found INSAF to be very helpful for poor students in India and, also, in U.S.A. INSAF has no office, no paid employee; all members work without any pay and follow through the projets personally. Its opersting expenses are less than 1 % Any member can initiate a project and INSAF gives matching funds within limits of its resources.
