In today’s health environment more people than ever before have to travel for their healthcare. Local hospitals can’t offer the high tech, advanced level of care that a larger hospital can offer. This not only effects the patient it effects the patients family. Where do the families stay when they must go to another city for healthcare?
That is where Hospitality House of Charlotte comes in. It is a special place that allows for families to be together and heal together. Unlike a hotel, everyone in the house has a loved one in the hospital. The staff, volunteers and guests are like a big family, listening and creating an environment of love and care. With the lovely guest rooms, laundry facilities, a well stocked kitchen and food pantry the guests only need to be concerned about their patient. Hospitality House of Charlotte takes care of the rest.

Hospitality House of Charlotte has opened its home to more than 36,000 out-of-town guests with a loved one in medical crisis in the hospital. They offer two programs - an overnight program where guests are provided with a room and private bath, access to complimentary laundry facilities, stocked pantry with food, family room and truly caring volunteers. They also have a day guest program for family members who sleep at the hospital. They are welcome to come to the house to shower, use landry and all first floor amenitites.
