The teachers they have on staff are incredible and really care about the well being of each young professional, student, retired dancer, etc. I love every moment I spend at the Hope Center everyone is very friendly, it's a great learning environment and everyone there is like a big family... And they are really helping me to further my career :)

The fact that Hope Stone, Inc. is able to offer art, music, theater, and dance classes to students FREE OF CHARGE is amazing. These young people are experiencing all of life's best lessons: how to get along with others, the best place to put extra energy, the benefits of a cathartic outlet, and the joy of keeping your heart, mind, body, and soul healthy!!

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

being able to offer more exposure to the arts for the dance students I see in the public school setting.

Hope Stone provides an amazing space as well as amazing teachers to help transform children's lives! I have been witness to the maturing, increase in self-esteem, and overall happiness of the children that go to Hope Stone and work with the instructors there. Hope Stone is the ideal setting for my daughter. The staff are working artists who share their skills, passion for their art, and most importantly their work ethic with students. While learning their art and having fun young students begin to understand that their is a component of hard work and perseverance that is required.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

my daughter's view of life. She is positive about not only her art but also her school. She is willing to work hard to achieve her goals. I attribute this in great part to her Hope Stone experience.

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

their can do attitude.

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...

dedicated, professional, and extremely knowledgeable.

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

change the lives of trillions children and make the world a better place. Learning the value of hard work and cooperation builds a strong society.

The Kids Play program at Hope Stone has been fantastic for my child who has been attending for several years. Being part of the program has given her confidence and grace. Without the scholarship opportunities there is no way we would be able to participate.

For the past six months I have been working as an intern at Hope Stone Inc. and I feel so blessed to have found the opportunity to work with such a wonderful organization. At Hope Stone, the people are warm, caring, passionate and incredibly hard working. From the very first day I began helping out, I felt welcomed and enthusiastic to begin helping out. It's so wonderful to know that an organization like Hope Stone exists to bring the arts to kids in the Houston Area, while supporting dancers and creating/presenting beautiful dances with the company.

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...

always kind, respectful, passionate & encouraging.

This program is heart-felt, and world-class, bridging art and community ! Jane's passion and persuasion has changed the life of many youth; if anyone doubts the influence and meaning of art in daily life, visit Hope Stone!

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

Implement a national program !! Jane should go the White House and get the NEA involved on some more initiatives of the nature of Hope Stone !!

Jane Weiner had a vision to bring arts to both at risk children and the community at large. Hope Stone reaches out to young children as well as troubled teens. I was involved with the yoga program for teens. It was amazing to watch them come out of their shells. The classes benefit young children as well. But Hope Stone also performs original dance material, filling a much needed gap in Houston's arts horizon.Thank you Jane, and Anell, her amazing sidekick who makes it all happen.

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...

all amazing intelligent people with a passion for the arts.

Hope Stone is a great organization with skilled teachers and mentors providing arts education to "at-risk" children. It is a safe place where kids can come to learn, and explore their creative abilities giving them a wonderful outlet for expressing themselves.

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

the positive benefits the children receive from being at Hope Stone.

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...

kind, and courteous

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

help so many more children!
