Programs: Hope Network is about helping people. We believe that each person is created in God's image. This motivates us to give the people we serve the opportunity to develop and live to their fullest potential. Working with each individual, we provide a holistic approach that addresses their social, mental, spiritual, physical, and emotional needs. Integral to this process is working with and supporting their families. Together, we can imagine limitless possibilities for the people we serve. We have the expertise to address physical, neurological, developmental, and genetic disabilities, as well as challenges such as Alzheimer's disease, traumatic brain injury, mental illness, Prader-Willi Syndrome, emotional and social difficulties and many others. Some of the people we serve face barriers to employment such as a prison record, refugee status, past substance abuse, or a poor work history. Our comprehensive spectrum of services includes: ? Residential Services?a full range of living options from 24/7 supervised housing to adult foster care homes to apartments that offer once-a-week drop-in supervision. ? Vocational Services?work skills assessment, help in finding and keeping a job, vocational training, and supervised employment both in work centers and in businesses throughout the community. ? Transportation Services?rides throughout Michigan and northern Indiana to people with disabilities, the elderly, the economically disadvantaged, and those living in rural areas. ? Rehabilitation Services?for children and adults who have had neurological trauma or a disability such as cerebral palsy or traumatic brain injury due to stroke or accident. ?
