I have a daughter that's almost 4 yrs old with TRISOMY (she's 9p) and from experience its hard to find true factual answers about anything trisomy....I greatly appreciate Hope For Trisomy nonprofit group for being public resource accessible and are working hard, doing research which, I'm sure all trisomy families(I do), are doing on daily basis'......I greatly, heartedly thank them for forwarding their knowledge & bringing families together to share with each other!!!!!! For me, this charity organization started out as TAG (Trisomy Advocacy Group). Alisha Hauber was my first contact with this group. She is a wonderful Mom to a full Trisomy 18 boy named Lane. They both have inspired me and encouraged me so much with their Trisomy Journey. I am a grandmother to a beautiful full Trisomy 18 Granddaugher, Delainey Belle. She has so much in common with Lane that it was easy to relate to this wonderful Mom and her beautiful son. Alisha is very knowledgeable and she shares that knowledge with everyone through the new group Hope for Trisomy 13 and 18 Inc. I love reading the Trisomy Mommies posts and try to encourage them where I can. I help care for my granddaughter so i can relate to the needs these children have. Alisha's husband, Alex, is a wonderful Dad and advocate for their son, too. It's so nice to see a husband and wife united in a cause to help their son and reach out to others in need as well. I feel very fortunate to have this valuable group in my life. Thank you Alisha and Alex!
