My 7 year old loved her Saturday class at Homecourt. I was impressed with how quickly the coaches got the children to progress with their b-ball skills. They made it fun while providing good instruction. We will be signing up again!

I can't say enough about how much my 5th grader loved the time he spends at Home Court. He took one of the warm up classes in preparation for baskeball season with NYBA and it did wonders for his confidence and ball handling. The coaches all seem to be dedicated to the kids having fun and learning more about a sport that they all seem to love. The coaches made a point of figuring out each kid's strengths and weaknesses and worked with them accordingly. I watched several of the classes from their viewing area and all of the kids smiled and were being encouraged with positive reinforcement and a little good natured competition. I highly recommend this facility!!!!!

I am so happy to be able to reply to you with such gratitude and delight in your program at Home Court. Alec was in the Fun Dees program and Blake was in the 3rd grade boys program. Alec, bless his heart, is my competitor. He aims to win and be the best at everything, and doesn't like losing. Sometimes at home, we see a wild side to this trait, and he struggles to be a "good sport" through losing at games or sports. It seems that through the type of program you have, which is based on respect, working with your teammates (I think the "counting" is a fabulous idea), and your constant reinforcement to their efforts, I didn't see Alec struggling at all. It really seems to be transferring over to home, as well! Blake struggles with a mild communication disorder, where his receptive and expressive language is challenged a bit. Every coach in your program worked with him and the other kids with such diligence and persistence, and never gave up. He left every session so excited and proud of himself. Thank you for recognizing when Blake might have struggled and stuck with him. He truly loves basketball. What you provide at Home Court is amazing. You set up consistent structure, have clear limits, where the kids know where they should be with fast prompts, and you encourage them to provide respect to their team and coaches. I will always strive to seek out clinics and programs through Home Court as long as my boys are interested in the sport. I have, and will continue, to highly recommend your program to everyone I know. What sets you apart from other programs is the well thought out structure, creativity, and age-appropriate intensity in the drills. Your coaches were always there, and there was always something new. You made it easier for the younger kids by the wristbands they wore. I guarantee the "counting" you implement will create that auto-response for them to pass to their teammates to work together. We look forward to more clinics and perhaps summer camps with Home Court!

My son has attended summer camps at Homecourt over the last four years. Through these camps he has greatly improved his core basketball skills and deepened his love of the game. He has attended other basketball camps and this camp is by far the highest quality and most useful. The coach to camper ratio is very low, and the focus is on improving each individual.

My daughter did a short intense hoops program at Home Court to help prepare her for Select team tryouts. The drills were well focused, the instruction was direct and hands on, and the way they ran the divided groups through, it was clear they had the experience to know exactly the right order to provide information and follow-up -- they'd been there and done that (excuse the tired cliche'). The good news? My daughter made the select team The bad news? By coincidence her team's practice schedule is currently conflicting with follow-up programs at Home Court. But I expect she'll be back in the summer.
