Community Reviews

HAF is doing a great job of empowering American Hindus. Its various initiatives are helping up and coming generation of young minds of the community take pride in their historical roots and feel confident about discussing issues that matter to the community.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

* Discussions across different age group members in the community * Celebration of Diwali, the traditional Hindu festival of lights at The White House by the First Family last year.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

* Request for projects which engage teenagers and young professionals

HAF is a welcomed and united voice against the common non-apprehensions / mis-apprehensions of hinduism. As a Hindu American mother of 3 young children, I am deeply grateful for the work HAF puts in to uplift and protect our religion, people and culture. HAF is todays present to tomorrows future.

I have been a proud member of HAF since 2007. HAF truly is the voice of over 2 billion Hindu Americans and they represent ALL Hindus. They are dedicated and caring and encourage participation from their membership. I have been to two of their membership/awareness drives and have been treated with the utmost courtesy and friendliness by the HAF board members who were running the respective drives.
