I have heard nothing but great reviews about this place. I know women who were taken in who had no where else to go because other shelters would not have them. if you go on youtube you will see their testimony of how Hiding place has helped htme

I have worked extensively with the Hiding Place for years. The bed bug problem was addressed and over $40,000 in renovations have been done to the site to benefit the women and children. A new bathroom, painting, windows, etc., have been done to better the residents program. In addition, I have not known any staff person to tell a parent to use a belt on their child. If a resident ever has any difficulty then they can always follow the standard grievance procedures of the Hiding Place which is available.

Expand the program and double its size because their are over 1500 homeless people in Baltimore County and many of them are children.

My daughter stayed there until I found out they were infested with bedbugs and were told to beat toddlers with belts...this is not a safe place for pregnant women and children. Most of the women there have no place to go so they keep their mouth shut. Shame on you Rock City Church for taking advantage of women who are seeking help.
