Outstanding organization that provides shelter to troubled men. Very happy to support their mission financially. The best non-profit in Baltimore City.

I was invited to attend an executive dinner at the mission and enjoyed hearing about the work they are doing. I was impressed by the speakers at the dinner who were in the program and also the tour of the facilities. Wonderful work is being done at Helping Up -- I'm sure there are many who owe their lives to this work. We will continue to donate money and hopefully, in the future, time to this effort.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
Meeting a new brother-in-law who has come through the program and turned his life around to help so many people.

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...
expand and develop the facilities at their location, improving the neighborhood even more -- continue to help more and more people be offering expanded services including a program for women.

I've been donating money to this organization for a while. Recently, I was invited to take a tour of their facility. I did so, and I really liked what they're doing there. They're helping men change their lives, and I love the fact that they rely on Christian principles, rooted in faith. Later on, I helped volunteer on Thanksgiving day, and it was lovely to meet more men and other volunteers. Whether you're Christian or not, I would support this organization that helps men not only fight their addictions, but also helps to make these same men productive in society.

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...
Really reach out to more of the men who need help. And they're thinking about starting something for women too.
