The Heating Energy Assistance Team is a very professional organization. The administrative professionals, Thersa Worthy and Janet Joseph, are helpful, courteous, and efficient. I graciously thank H.E.A.T. for the opportunity to serve the community.

The Great!

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

the individuals who have told me of their past interaction with H.E.A.T. Past experiences have lead to current trust with the organization.

Ways to make it better...

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

want more feedback from the individuals who utilize the services offered by the organization.

More feedback...

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

being a part of a community-oriented organization.

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...

professional, informed, and honest.

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

offer more programs, give more information, and reach more people.

Ways to make it better...

it would have happened sooner.

In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...

limitations to funding.

One thing I'd also say is that...

H.E.A.T is an organization of hardworking individuals who are dedicated to what they do for the community and abroad.

The Heating Energy Assistance Team, Inc. provides valuable information and financial assistance to needy Georgians seeking help with their heating bills by directing them to the appropriate Community Action Agency in their county. Some callers want to explain their plight and we take time to listen.
