The Hearing School of the Southwest has become an awesome school for the cochlear implant and extremely hard of hearing children of the Dallas-Ft. Worth metroplex. Our staff is so dedicated to helping these children in a loving, family atmosphere and the results have been so incredible. To see them enter the school with nothing and grow to talking and responding to others by kindergarten is so fabulous to all of the staff, the Board of Directors and the families of the children.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

Watching kids grow and HEAR & SPEAK!!!!

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

Find more deaf children to help!

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

Watching the kids learn.

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...

Wonderful, caring and dedicated to teaching the children to hear and speak!

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

Build our own school and have more teachers!

Ways to make it better...

we served more children in the metroplex!

In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...

Raising the money to pay for the tuition for the children!

One thing I'd also say is that...

"Bravo" to the Board and staff!
